We offer a 24/7 site installation service for belt vulcanising to help meet with your maintenance schedules and breakdowns.

Fitters are Safecontractor accredited and can also offer conveyor repairs, belt tracking, drum lagging and emergency belt repairs.

Belts can be fitted with plain or reinforced flights in various heights and profiles. Tracking guides in various sizes can be fitted to belts to provide better tracking or to create chevrons, cleats, flights or edge spills.

Flexible corrugated sidewalls can be fitted to the edges of belts.

Onsite Belt Surveys can be arranged free of charge.
